    A South Jersey native, Maryann grew up in Haddonfield, New Jersey. She attended Paul VI High School in Haddon Township, New Jersey.

    Maryann graduated from Rutgers University, where she was an English major and graduated magna cum laude. She was a member of the Athenaeum Honor Society. She was the recipient of the prize for the best essay by an Undergraduate.

    Prior to attending law school she was a paralegal in a busy law practice for many years. Maryann attended and graduated from Boston College Law School in Newton, Massachusetts.

    Following her graduation from law school, she clerked for the Honorable Raymond F. Drozdowski, J.S.C., who sat in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division, Camden County. After completing her clerkship, she joined Rabkin Law Offices, P.C., and her husband Ira in the practice of law.

    She is a member of the Bar of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Supreme Court of the United States.

    Her professional memberships and activities include: Member of New Jersey State Bar Association; Family Law Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is a member of the Camden County Bar Association (Family Law Committee, Committee on Professionalism, Mediation and Arbitration Committees), Burlington County Bar Association (Family Law Committee) and Gloucester County Bar Association (Family Law Committee). She is the current co-chair of the Burlington County Family Law Committee; Master of the Thomas S. Forkin American Family Inn of Court; Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist for Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties and Blue Ribbon Panelist. Maryann is a member of the District IV Ethics Committee, where she served as the immediate past Chair of the Committee.

    Maryann is a Mediator and has also been trained in Collaborative Law. She is a member of the South Jersey Collaborative Law Group.

    She has been a speaker on various family law topics at numerous seminars and workshops. She has been a presenter at Rutgers University Law School on topics relating to family law since 1998.

    She has been recognized as an “Awesome Attorney” in South Jersey Magazine several years.

    Her primary areas of practice include Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties, but she also practices in many other counties around the State.
